On-site installation is done along with the troubleshooting and technical fixes if needed, for any reason, if any machine is damaged and cannot be fixed we escalate the same with our company's technical experts who decide on fixing or replacement on a real-time basis and during this period, During the whole process, we keep on updating our customers on a real-time basis through Smartsheets or through in-house software, regarding the Serial Number, Model type, place of installation and time to complete the installation.
