This remains a continuous process as a part of maintenance service.
Furthermore, along with the customer, we design a blueprint that guarantees a structured and organized management from the beginning of a project till the execution and implementation. We convert complicated and time-consuming Projects into a simple, efficient and seamless process.
We provide on-site training on all the installed machines and engage our customers during the whole period, updating them with the in-house software on a real-time basis for transparency and accountability.
For technology vendors and resellers, we provide specialised project management across every component of the solution life cycle.
When the machine gets obsolete we dispose of these in an environment friendly manner, recycle the legacy equipment or the parts if possible, we recover and secure data from the legacy machine and destroy documents as per standard.
